We want you to be fully satisfied with your Loyle Carner apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that limited edition tour merchandise and final sale items are ineligible for exchange or refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
